Legend Studios was founded in 2015 in Mumbai by filmmaker Sandeep Singh, former CEO of Bhansali Productions. The studio has established a distinct niche within Indian cinema by producing biographical dramas and socially relevant narratives, often centered on historically significant and nationally influential figures.

Mr. Chauhan previously served as Accountable Manager and Chief Executive of GUJSAIL, a government aviation organization entrusted with aviation infrastructure development, operational oversight, and regulatory coordination at the state level.
One of his earliest and most consequential initiatives was the establishment of the Directorate of Civil Aviation in 2004, creating a dedicated institutional framework for aviation governance. He led the strategic acquisition of a land bank totaling 6,162 acres across 11 cities, securing long-term capacity for future airport and aviation infrastructure expansion.

Under his leadership, GUJSAIL grew from seed capital of INR 10 lakhs (approx. USD 20,000) to an institutional asset base exceeding INR 10,000 crore (approx. USD 2 billion) over a thirteen-year period, reflecting disciplined growth, infrastructure creation, and public-sector value generation.

Mr. Chauhan also enabled international aerospace collaboration, coordinating support for Jaivel Aerospace (United Kingdom) in the manufacture of eight UAV aircraft in Ahmedabad, and facilitated an MOU valued at INR 150 crore (approx. USD 30 million) for the establishment of a light aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
During national emergencies, he played a critical role in aviation-based humanitarian response, leading airport facilitation for over 100,000 passengers during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting the Vande Bharat Mission, and coordinating aviation response during Cyclone Tauktae, contributing to relief efforts impacting over 200 million citizens.
Mr. Chauhan began his professional career as a commissioned officer in the Indian Air Force, where he served as a helicopter pilot and operational leader, attaining the rank of Squadron Leader. He accumulated over 3,300 flight hours across multiple aircraft types, maintaining exemplary safety standards while holding command responsibility for personnel leadership, mission planning, and operational readiness.
